About Fly Shift

Fly Shift is building a location-aware marketplace that helps small businesses fill immediate shifts and short projects with qualified nearby workers.

Our mission is to make flexible work more transparent and professionally valuable. Businesses should be able to find help quickly, and workers should carry their verified skills, credentials, reliability, ratings, and completed experience from one opportunity to the next.

We are beginning with event support, hospitality support, reception, administrative help, basic facilities support, and appropriate general-labor categories while the platform and its future compliance partnerships develop.
